Saifi Residence

Saifi Residence is a large four-bedroom apartment located in Beirut, Lebanon. The renovation joined two simplexes into a single duplex through the insertion of a staircase that connects and integrates the two levels and a lobby that serves as a moment of connection. The interiors were remodeled to create coherent, integrated spaces that orchestrate views through to the city and the apartment’s outdoor spaces. Even though the areas are large, the insertion of elements such as the stair and cabinets needed to be compact to allow smooth flow and circulation. New terrace decks and a lap pool create an outdoor space along the Beiruti skyline.
